Discount amounts apply to repair labor, not to the trip or service-call portion of your bill — mention eligibility when you book so we can confirm what applies before work begins. Same-day service when available
We strive for same-day appliance service across our coverage area when routing allows. The fastest path is a quick call with your address, model number (when possible), and what the unit is doing — we will give you a realistic window.

90-day labor & replaced-parts warranty
Repairs are backed by 90-day warranty on labor and replaced parts when work is completed as agreed. If something we addressed fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will make it right — keep your service notes handy.
