Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $99

Our standard residential Service Call & Diagnostic Fee is $99 per appliance (effective October 1, 2026). Commercial and light-commercial calls are $199 per appliance (Commercial Service Call & Diagnostic Fee). Each fee covers the visit, diagnosis, and a written estimate before repair starts. If you approve a qualifying repair, the Service Call & Diagnostic Fee may be credited toward the approved repair invoice according to the service terms shown at booking.

Terms: Offers and discounts cannot be combined. One discount per service visit. The highest applicable discount will be applied. Residential fee is per appliance. Commercial equipment uses Commercial Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $199.

Seniors, Active Military, Veterans & Widows — Save $33 on Repair Labor. This ongoing customer appreciation discount is for seniors, active military, veterans & widows. The $33 savings applies to repair labor only. It does not reduce or replace the residential Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $99 or the Commercial Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $199.

Promo code LIGHTSHARE: $50 off qualifying repair labor when the final repair invoice is $600 or more; $25 off qualifying repair labor when the final repair invoice is under $600. Also $50 off labor on a second appliance serviced during the same scheduled visit when both repairs qualify. These amounts do not reduce the Service Call & Diagnostic Fee.

Same-day & next-day repair

We offer same-day and next-day appliance repair across Naples and nearby communities when routing allows. Refrigerator cooling loss, active leaks, and no-heat dryers get priority when the day’s schedule has room. If same-day is full, we book the next available window — often the following day for Collier County calls. The fastest path is a quick call with your address, brand, model (when possible), and symptoms so we can give a realistic arrival window.

Terms: Subject to schedule, drive time, and part availability. Same-day is prioritized for Naples-area urgency when openings exist; next-day is the usual backup window. Not a 24/7 emergency service.

90-day labor & replaced-parts warranty

Repairs are backed by 90-day warranty on labor and replaced parts when work is completed as agreed. If something we addressed fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will make it right — keep your service notes handy.
