LightShare LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://lightshareappliancerepair.com(the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Site or contact us.
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and inquiry data — for example, name, email address, phone number, SMS consent preference, and the contents of messages you send through contact forms or email to lightsharesystems@gmail.com.
- Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where applicable, cookies or similar technologies used by us or by third-party tools described below.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your requests, schedule or discuss service, and provide customer support.
- Contact you by phone or email at the details you provide about your service request.
- Send SMS text messages about your service request, appointment scheduling, reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, and customer support when you opt in via the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form (see Section 3).
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Comply with law and protect our rights and the rights of others.
- If you have opted in or law allows, send service-related or marketing messages (you can opt out of marketing as described in those messages).
3. SMS Communications
If you check the SMS consent box on our Request Service / contact form, you agree that LightShare LLC may send you text messages (SMS) regarding your service request, appointment scheduling, reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS from us. For help, reply HELP. We only use the phone number you provide for SMS when you have opted in through that checkbox. Unchecking the box (or not checking it) means we will not enroll you for SMS through that form submission.

4. Technologies and service providers
Depending on how the Site is configured in production, the following vendors or services may receive or process information (for example technical logs, form submissions, or browser signals) in connection with operating the Site. Their own privacy notices and terms also apply.
- Vercel (hosting and analytics). The Site is hosted on Vercel, Inc., which processes HTTP requests, deployment, and related technical and security logs. When Web Analytics is enabled for our Vercel project, Vercel may also receive privacy-oriented traffic and usage metrics to help us understand how the Site is used; see Vercel's documentation and privacy policy for details.
- Contact form email delivery. When the contact form is enabled, messages may be sent using Resend, Inc., which processes the content of your message and delivery metadata needed to route email.
- CRM and messaging (GoHighLevel). When configured, contact form submissions (including SMS consent status) may be sent to our CRM platform operated by HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) or its affiliates so we can manage leads, appointments, and—when you have opted in—SMS and related communications. Their privacy practices apply to processing in that platform.
- Google services. We may use Google reCAPTCHA(Google LLC or affiliates) on the contact form to reduce spam; Google may use cookies or similar data as described in Google's policies. We may embed Google Maps on the Site; interacting with the map may send data to Google under Google's terms. We may provide links to our public Google Business Profile or review flows on Google's sites; those pages are governed by Google when you open them. If we enable Google Tag Manager, it may load additional measurement or advertising tags we configure in our tag account; those tools may set or read cookies or similar storage.
- Images and media. Photos on the blog (and optional images elsewhere) may be delivered using Cloudinary, which processes image requests and related technical data. Listing blog assets from our media library may use Cloudinary's APIs from our servers when that feature is configured.
- External links. If we link to an online booking page, careers site, or other third-party pages, those sites are operated by other parties and are governed by their own policies once you leave https://lightshareappliancerepair.com.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate the Site as described above, subject to appropriate safeguards and contracts where required. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies through the tools in Section 4 (for example reCAPTCHA, embedded maps, tag management if enabled, or analytics features offered by our host). We display a cookie notice so you can acknowledge this use; your browser may also let you block or delete cookies. If we add analytics or advertising that require consent or additional notices in your region, we will update this Policy or add controls as directed by counsel.
7. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at lightsharesystems@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. For SMS, you may also reply STOP or HELP as described in Section 3.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and we will post the revised policy on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
