Residential Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $99 (per appliance). Commercial and light-commercial: Commercial Service Call & Diagnostic Fee — $199 (per appliance). Pricing shown is the standard Lightshare policy effective October 1, 2026 (published through December 31, 2026, unless replaced by a newer company policy). Each fee covers the trip, a full diagnosis, and a written estimate before any repair starts. If you approve a qualifying repair, the Service Call & Diagnostic Fee may be credited toward the approved repair invoice according to the service terms shown at booking.
Completed repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on labor and on parts we replace as part of that repair. If the same related issue returns within 90 days under normal use, contact us with your job details and we will make it right.
We service a wide range of brands common in Naples homes — including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, Liebherr, Dacor, Monogram, GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, and many others. See our Brands pages for details. If your brand is not listed, call and ask. We do not advertise factory authorization we cannot document.
Yes — same-day appliance repair when the day’s schedule allows, especially for Naples-area calls placed earlier in the day. If same-day is full, we usually offer a next-day window for Collier County and nearby communities. We give an honest arrival window when you book. Same-day is not guaranteed for every ZIP or every specialty part; some premium components ship after diagnosis.
Many common repairs finish on the first visit when parts are on the truck. Same-day or next-day diagnosis is the starting point — call (888) 751-7722 with your neighborhood, brand, and symptoms. Sealed-system work, specialty boards, and rare luxury parts may need a follow-up visit after the diagnostic.
Yes. Seniors, Active Military, Veterans & Widows — Save $33 on Repair Labor. Mention promo code LIGHTSHARE when booking for $50 off qualifying repair labor when the final repair invoice is $600 or more, or $25 off when the invoice is under $600. Also $50 off labor on a second qualifying appliance during the same visit. All of these apply to repair labor only — not the Service Call & Diagnostic Fee and not diagnostic-only visits. Offers and discounts cannot be combined. One discount per service visit. The highest applicable discount will be applied.
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus personal checks, Zelle, and cash when arranged. Remote payment options are available for seasonal homeowners. Property managers can pay on behalf of owners when set up in advance.
Yes — we are licensed and insured in Florida. We background-check technicians before they enter a customer’s home. Certificates for HOA or commercial requests can be provided when you schedule.
A professional Lightshare technician will arrive during the scheduled service window, review the appliance and reported symptoms, perform the appropriate diagnostics, explain the findings in clear language, and provide repair options before major work is performed. After approval we complete the work, clean up, and send invoice details with warranty information.
We can share rough ranges based on appliance, brand, and symptom. An accurate quote needs on-site diagnosis. Call (888) 751-7722 and we will walk through likely cost ranges. The Service Call & Diagnostic Fee covers the in-person visit and may be credited toward approved repairs according to the terms at booking.
The Service Call & Diagnostic Fee still covers the visit. We explain why repair is not practical and can provide findings in writing. We will not pressure you into a replacement purchase.
Trucks stock common parts for brands we see most. Many Naples calls finish in one visit when the part is on hand. Premium-brand parts are often ordered after diagnosis — we give a timing estimate first.
Contact the manufacturer first for in-warranty claims. For out-of-warranty repairs we can often help. We do not claim factory authorization for every brand — we will be clear about what we can do when you call.
Usually not. Fans, dirty coils, start relays, and defrost problems are more common than a failed compressor. A diagnostic tells you which before you replace the whole unit.
Yes. Built-in Sub-Zero units need careful cabinetry access. We diagnose seals, cooling, and ice/water systems and quote before parts. See our Sub-Zero and refrigerator repair pages.

Often a jam or failed motor. Do not keep hitting reset. See Garbage Disposal Repair — many jobs finish same visit.
Not always — clogged filters or duct issues can look like a bad motor. We diagnose airflow before recommending a motor job. See Range Hood Repair.
Yes. Tell us fuel type when you book. Gas work is from the appliance shutoff forward; building gas lines are a plumber or utility issue.
