Commercial & property management
Beyond residential calls, LightShare Appliance Repair works with small businesses, HOAs, and property managers when the job scope, access, and billing are agreed in advance. We are not a national franchise — you deal directly with a team focused on Collier, Lee, and Sarasota counties and the same cities we list under residential service.
What we typically handle
Kitchen and laundry equipment in rental units, break rooms, light food service, and small retail — for example, refrigerators and ice issues, commercial-style ranges where applicable, and laundry pairs in common facilities. We set expectations up front: if a unit is beyond economical repair, we will say so before you sink cost into a failing machine.
Scheduling and documentation
Property managers often need a clear work order, access instructions, and tenant coordination. We recommend batching work where possible to reduce drive time, and we can align with your after-hours or weekend rules when they are specified before dispatch. Invoicing and payment terms should be confirmed for commercial accounts; tell us if you need a W-9 or certificate of insurance on file before work begins.
Getting started
Call with the property address, a list of units and appliances, and any model information you have. We will return a high-level plan — then schedule a visit that fits your rotation. For new construction punch lists, coordinate with your site supervisor for access and power so diagnostics are not wasted trips.
